P2P Network

P2P Network known as Peer-to-Peer Network is a type of network connection where two or more PCs are connected to each other in order to share resource (e.g. printer) and or data (file transfer). PSP network can share data or resources without connecting or going through a separate server.

 

The initial use of P2P network was in business which followed the deployment in the 1980s, it was used to serve up word processing and other applications to dumb terminals from a central computer and stored files on a central hard drive to easy accessibility.

The requirements for a P2P network are just internet connection and a P2P software like Kazaa, Limewire, Bearshare, Morpheus and Acquisition.
